I saw a fight break out over a spin bike at the gym I used to belong to. I taught yoga at a gym & someone in the class asked whoever was lifting weights to stop groaning & dropping their weights. Gym yoga & studio yoga are different animals. Anyway, that was quite the workout this morning. Thank you

Did this on Friday and it was a burner but these are my absolute favorite types of workouts. Strength and cardio combined make me feel so accomplished. I needed it my MIL made pecan pie again for some reason for Christmas and forced me to have a slice. Lordy. I only need one time a year on Thanksgiving LOL.

I took off Tuesday-Thursday. I can't think of the last time I didn't work out for 3 days in a row. It felt great to get back into the routine. I like no repeat workouts because I can go all out on every exercise knowing i'm not going to have to do it again.

Made myself do this today. So glad. I dropped the weight for a couple of exercises and did low impact! That's ok! Holidays are not always easy for everyone, but staying on track with my fitness seems to help my mental health.
