I'm rather rarely commenting videos but as a veteran POE and Diablo player I had really hard time to find content creators that cover Torchlight which I just started playing.... and you showed like a Fenix :) I enjoy your POE content and an epic beard but Torchglight content is not something I expected. Yet MC build brought me to T2, I can easily farm T0 and currently sitting on lvl92 with your guides. I hope you will hit more subscribes as you really really deserve it bro!

For me, overall, I am enjoying the season. I am more engaged with all of the various activities of the game to be able to build a progressively stronger character. I have always had issues with the T7 to T8 transition and I feel I barely beat the traveler even with almost doubling my damage prior to defeating him. I am running into the issue of I can do T8 but its slower, and much higher risk of death. I am a Frostbitten Heart Gemma, and apparently I need something like 400+ million more damage and to double my survival rating (somehow) to be able to farm T8. I guess I am in a slightly similar spot as you, instead I am just starting T8 not going into profound. I am just not sure it will be worth it and I am debating trying other classes with almost all of them being free at the moment. I dont know, everything feels harder to get this season (which I understand was intending) even the kind of more basic things like energy core and netherrealm resource. I feel I never have enough of even these much less FE or other currency.

Well doesnt matter how much defense /es u have. U will get one shot later on. So for now its all damage for profound.

I love this season so far but the thing i really hate is how they went full 180 and made the difference in loot just scale way too hard from t7 to t8 before you used to be able to farm t7.2 forever and now you can't get good gear, hero memories, divinity slates or soul candles unless you play t8 and some builds are just gonna have a really hard time with that t7-t8 wall so it makes the game really unfair to weaker builds

Do we want negative or positive value on energy shield charge speed on chest? EDIT: Figured it out. You want it to be positive ideally, but those ones are very expensive.

hey man really appreciate your input. im at the 7.2 stage where my items are mostly below ilvl 83 and are mostly t2 stats. how did you get into "t1ing" everything? did you simply start with let s say 100 fe and went for the itembase 86 and "wasted" fe trying to hit t1 till it was perfect or what s the crafting like for the t1 items?

I started with ilevel 86 bases and rolled a mix of T1/2/3 stats then slowly improved the T3s to T2s and then worked on getting T2s to T1s.

Hmm actually each run cost mostly around 7.5FE, I'm testing it right now with 20 try (mostly 140 FE) but I don't think it will be worth alone. As you said in the video, we must do the league canva in same time in order to be worth the money.

You really gotta try the talent node that disables starshard drops in favor of higher rarity confusion cards. Absolutely worth it imo since they (and traveler shards) have such a low value this season

I've been using it, though it's detrimental if you want to farm dream talking because that confusion card is common.

Do you have an order for upgrades - like trait stuff then we go divinity or however?

My upgrade order was a bit all over the place because it kinda depends on what you drop, or what's cheap. For example, the +3 active skills on chest is very impactful, far more so than dreamcrafting your gear. But it cost me ~300 FE whereas dream crafting was ~30 FE. Last I checked the cheapest high impact change was the slate at around 100 FE but prices are constantly changing so that might not be the case anymore.

Progression has been an absolute slog this season; at around 150m dummy DPS with no real upgrades to make under 300fe. Normally i would be able to slap a bunch of Aura mods in and be ok starting T8s, but they removed all that so i’m stuck farming 7-2s for 1-2 FE a map until i can buy one of the things that will allow me to push into Timemark 8 and start getting T1 gear. I believe they very much over shot their mark for maintaining player retention; i played before because I was having fun, now its starting to feel like a chore

I don't know, he can definitely get enough damage for Profound 8 but deep space requires nearly an order of magnitude greater.

I have to say this season has been so far off from the last season in terms of enjoyment, felt so much weaker, with way less reward. felt like i was just wasting my time for hours with 0 result. the fun aspect is just not there. Better off have a jog for an hour or make something irl

I feel this. I've spent so far 10-20 hours on my first character. Im In t7, and I've maybe made 10 fe. Lol. I struggle hard to kill rares or the boss mobs that spawn and I get no loot worthwhile from them. Feels like a waste. Sadge

This game is just number goes up the video game. it was fun until t8 trying to find enough gear to not get one shot randomly by something you cant tell hit you or not. the survival mechanic needs to go. we need flat caps for defense not whatever the fuck this is supposed to be.

Wait a sec, are u telling me ppl strip their gear to avoid others to copy? Is there any competitive aspect here or it's only a trash human beign behaviour?

There's no competitive aspect. That said, it could be someone just stripped their build to sell stuff because they were done. Unfortunately, people do hide their gear (via private profile, wearing the wrong item or taking stuff off) to "hide" tech they are using. Personally, I don't think you should be able to set your profile to private, and the gear you are wearing should be unchangable and snapshot during the Ordrak / Supreme showdown, so you can always see what people do.

this was one of the worst season for me as they completely changed hero trait and memory it does not feel like damage ramping faster like previous seasons

Agreed. I last played during the sweet dream patch. I was loving it and was getting so much loot and FE fairly early on. Im quite deep already in and I've maybe gotten a total of 10. Alot of "streamlined" changes they made honestly made this shit worse. I feel like i can't do damage yet to clear the content to farm the content that actually drops loot. Feels bad man.
