I like and appreciate all your videos, but I have a bit of a critique for how you did this one. I've been running Dark Surge as well, but I personally leave out the 14 points up top. The first medium node on the way to the boss points is -75% corrosion gained. I don't know if it's just me misremembering, but even before this season I don't think I've ever gotten a boss spawn other than on the first wave of dark surge. Since the bulk of the dark surge money is for the boss parts, and I only get bosses on the first wave, I don't put points in anything that gives me extra waves. Those extra points can go into basically anything else and they'll make more money for you than they will there.

Indeed, I'm testing without some of the nodes now. We live and learn. From a lot of Dark Surge last league, bosses seem to spawn on wave 1 to 3 and 11 to 13.

Boss spawning on the first wave is how I always remembered it and when boss rushing I would just trigger dark surge once and unless it was boss/compass/currency just move onto the next map.

you only get a boss on wave 1 it wont spawn on any other wave

Can you explain the Dark Surge mechanic. I only started playing last season and a lot of th e mechanics don't make sense to me. I just clck on the diamond at end of map until nothing else happns but no idea what It all means

Dark surge corroded minions (indicates by making them purple on mini map) killing them will grant your "dark energy" which fill this "diamond" more enemies you kill more energy your get and more waves you can summon. Every wave give you more enemies that can drop specific drops (gear, legendary gear, fuels, compass etc).
