You have such a good sense of space distribution, it's insane, not only I learn from you to apply on my Sims creations, I also apply it to my real life apartment to whatever extent I can. You transform 4x4 rooms into two different co-existing spaces that complement each other perfectly, you use every nook and cranny and fill it with items that will be needed for everyday life, you don't just crank up spaces with filler decoration, and that's why you're my favorite Sim builder ever. So talented.

I really love the neon light at outside and the interior decoration. It looks really stunning under the night. I also love how you managed the space into different uses, so that people can enjoy their night in one place without running over here and there. The unconventional shape drew me in, the beautiful dim, warm lighting (especially outside!) hypnotised me to keep watching without blinking, and all the details and amazing ideas completely charmed me, as always: all the greenery inside, the custom bar shelving and backdrops in several places, the breathtaking views out of all the panorama windows and into the night sky through the glass roofs, and you even considered how players could get the most out of this very luxurious party location by adding tons of activities without cramming the place. I'd imagine that I would not be able to afford entry to such a place in real life, but it sure does look like it would be the night of my life if I could. You just make dreams a (virtual) reality and I'm always impressed with your versatility and the unique ideas you come up with. 🤩

The space looks stunning, but the way it's edited means we spend more time looking at the blank room preview than the completed build and there's only a couple of seconds to look at the completed area before it moves on to the next blank room.
