She's a Leo (fire sign) so of course she has always taken strength from the element of fire: assertion, confrontation, passion, pride, forcefulness but her ASCENDANT or RISING SIGN is Scorpio (water sign) so hence she was told by the muses to channel that energy: adaptability, flexibility, emotion, sensitivity, intuition, perception... I feel like in FROM THE CHOIRGIRL HOTEL she also wrote a lot from the perspective of WATER as many of those songs had a watery/emotional element to them. Great new album!
