Straight to the point with great tricks, also is impressive how fit you are while jumping and explaining at the same time effortlessly . It seems you could run 3 marathons the same day without resting...

Crazy how stable your voice is while jumping and barely out of breath. Immediate subs for me. Thanks Tori. ps this channel should be in millions subs keep going Tori.

Thank you so much for this and the tutorials as well! ❤ I started jumping rope a week ago to lose the last extra pounds and managed to do 50-60 consecutive jumps using 12/20 skills. Hoping after 3 months I'll be able to do all these skills and switch as smoothly as you 💪

Great.. I'm lookin for to lose 60 -70 pounds, with 40 from May to Dec i'm happy, I have the pvc rope and just bought one with 3 pounds? Could we do the same type of jump with the the 3 pounds rope?
@ToriBoggsJumpRope Жыл бұрын
Hi Luis- I'm happy to hear you are starting your jump rope journey! You may be able to, but it actually depends more on the types of handles you have. Weight on the rope can be ok, especially if your goal is to lose weight, but if you're wanting to do skills, Crossropes are not good ropes and way over priced. Check out this video to learn more about the types of ropes: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qH7Eo2mogZ2SgM0
