For me it started with getting Boris in as PM, then Dominic lockdown eyesight "apology", the parties that Boris couldn't admit to, the sleeze, Truss economics , and even now the aide betting on the date he had been told (clearly) and the corrupt Tory (Sunak) still unable to admit he told him and sack him. A total joke of a political party who I hope never ever see office again. No matter what they ever say in the future, for as long as I live, I'll never vote Tory and I'm embarrassed to say I've voted for them in the past.

Then, when talking about Starmer's majority, it's subtley presented as a threat; 'without much scrutiny' implying they might pass all sorts of laws irresponsibly. This is how the Tories have done so well over the years; media bias.

Wrong. Labour would have the biggest majority since WW II. The previous biggest majority since WW II was when Labour won a 179 seat majority in 1997, when the Tories were left with only 165 MPs. Conservative government of the last 14 years has been the worst in living memory. Nothing works, our debt is higher, our taxes are higher, inequality is worse, public services are crumbling, our legal system is failing and public confidence in our politics is at an all time low. It is a damining indictment of us that we haven't kicked them out sooner.

Because it's not a referendum. It's based on votes in individual constituencies. So let's say party X gets 5 million votes in total nationwide but comes second in every constituency. They will get no MPs.

Not amazing at all. Look at their names - bot farms are at work. That's not to say that there aren't a lot of politically energised voters who will vote Reform, but any time that a comment section is so vastly disproportional to real life, just use your noggin and it isn't hard to see why. If they were smarter, they'd construct an algorithm to stop the bots posting any time the scale of comments got too blatant. Luckily, they aren't particularly bright.

@TheParrot421 Not in almost all of Europe, they have proportional representation. It doesn't make sense that in the UK a party could get 50 seats from 1.5 million votes when another gets 2 seats from 5 million. Our system does not reflect the will of the people.
