I love Sadie bc she actually “belly dances” ...a lot of belly dancers I see don’t really do the traditional belly movements like Sadie does...and to me the belly movements, the shimmies, and the use of long hair incorporated into the dance is truly what makes this the most beautiful dance there is. It doesn't always return to pre-pregnancy shape, and sometimes there's nothing you can do. The connective tissue is stretched and it doesn't unstretch.

Her technique is unmatched. She is really belly dancing. Most people do "hips dancing " rather than belly dancing if you see what I mean. Every part of her belly is dancing the top, the middle, the lower, the sides. It's not just about moving hips around she is very delicate with each movement.
