I was always disappointed that Moon was hyped up as having the highest capture level. Then it was only like, ten points higher than the next closest? All of them are in the range of six thousand to six thousand six hundred, Moon should have been a round seven thousand, well ahead of the rest.

@@NoProtect I'm not saying Moon needs to be WAY stronger than the others, just that it was talked up as having the highest capture level. Capture levels were never perfect measuring sticks of power. It's just a number people give creatures or ingredients to express their apparent strength or difficulty to obtain. Even then six thousand six hundred is already significantly above six thousand. It just feels weird to talk it up as being above six thousand five hundred and ninety.

Heracles & Battle Wolf(and later Guinness) are what really hooked me into reading Toriko. The fact that Guinness' No.2 is basically on par with Heracles & Bambina is just insane. Also the Battle Wolf pack just look awesome all scarred up and menacing.

I would just add that to answer your confusion about Emperor Crow or Moon creating stars, I think it’s explained by Meal Fit For a King and Ichiryuu’s explanation of appetite energy. I think Emeperor Crow is doing the same that as Meal Fit For a King, just on a grander scale One thing I would love to see you theorize on, is how Sky Deer can use back channel. Ok, I was looking up toriko on hulu because on hulu it says it is the first episode was aired on April 10th, 2011. If it was true, which it is not, my favorite show first aired on my tenth birthday. Again, it was wrong, but it was still close to my birthday. At this moment, 2 days before my 23rd birthday. I'm looking up toriko on hulu, it has been a month or two since I've watched the show. I just discovered that the dub versions of the first 50 episodes are available. Coincidence or not, a very unexpected birthday surprised.

I absolutely dislike tina as well , she was needlessly inserted everywhere 🤣 i don't think jirou could beat Don slime at best it'd be a mid difficulty fight, jirous techniques are what made him dangerous which is how he lost sadly, and I'd say teppei is still weaker than the rest of the heavenly kings, they only really lost to joei cause of food luck and teppeis best feat was being taught how to knock earth so I think he's right below them .
