I just assembled it on my tailgate and used the long cardboard shipping boxes to hold up the ends of the rails. Then lifted if towards the cab. No rope. No help. Super easy!!

Installed mine yesterday. Drain tubes snap in just fine..... After you push the rubber washer all the way down and use something to push the locking tabs out and over the washer. There's definitely no more twisting involved like the instructions said

Glad yours went well!!! I’ll say that mine did go in but they can basically be pulled out with two fingers… seems janky. All in all not a big deal, they don’t pop out on the road so who cares 🤙🏻

@@tork_strapI do man specially seeing how it’s a 2500 dollar cover. Shouldn’t be these cheap ass drain “tubes” that dont even fit. Anything hits them they fall out. Legit trying to find someone who made a video who set it all up a diff way that works better

Anyone had any issues with those 4 brackets hanging in there with some heavy e-bikes using cross bar mounts on the t-track. Seems like a lot of weight and wind making it even harder to hang on to the cover and the bed rack system.

Just installed mine. Did you find a fix to the drain tubes? Ran into the same issue and mine did not fit the hole on my bed. Do not want to drill.

I did not… for either issue. I’ll say they have not fallen out of the canister on the retrax and although I live in Cali, I have washed the truck 10 times or so and the water is negligible. I just leave the tubes laying near the cab.

Do you have the decked system? They sit about 12” high right? I can certainly measure for you

Yes. And yes. They sit just above the wheel well bumps in the truck bed making it an even flat surface. Thanks for measuring.

It's a great Trick bed cover watch out when you buy it from realtruck they'll screw you over with the warranty it's a scam after I retracted the bed cover there was a weird discoloration like it had already been used I took pictures then they told me well I already mounted the bed cover. I said well in all your videos and your instructions you have to mount it before you pull the bed cover all the way out. You mounted it so that doesn't cover the warranty after you mounted it. I gotten born with three retrax. And they said warranty won't cover it cuz it was already mounted it looked like you painted it and I go well if I painted it it would have been darker and I said for$ 2,200 I know you don't paint it I know you clean it the way they said and I just bought it I didn't even have it one month I purchased it November 27th
