okay, firstly: don’t go back to a person who has cheated on you, or the latter. don’t. you think you will forgive them, but you won’t. you will continue to think there is no trust, there is nothing you will believe that they say who is true, all of that. secondly, she cheated on her husband. she claims that they have a family and such, but she literally broke that family bond before. so, not only has her husband continued to misjudge her trust and faith, but he now cannot fathom why he found condoms and lingerie in her house. even if she didn’t cheat a second time, and he didn’t cheat either, someone is either sabotaging their relationship, or someone is sleeping around while they were at their house when she had “friends” over. something isn’t right in this relationship. i don’t think that the girlfriend can be trusted considering she had cheated before. even more so with a woman. so, not only is he questioning her trust, but, even though steve laughed like the ass he is (because he doesn’t understand fucking logic), it would make him question her sexuality too. that’s what steve and the audience aren’t getting. it doesn’t make him dumb. any man, if they have been cheated on, would prefer their wife or girlfriend to cheat with a man. they are going to question whether she is fully straight, which is something that needs to be brought out firsthand in a relationship. this entire relationship is skewed in some way. i fully agree with the husband’s emotional state. he’s already been broken once before, and now he was questioning the infidelity again, which makes him even MORE emotional. come on, steve, not everyone is a hard-ass like you.
