How bombs work with polymorph? Why they are getting insta turn if bomb detonates while you're shiped ?

So, if yhe sheep is about to take a turn and the sheep is killed by bomb debuff or poison debuff, then the sheep will get a turn. I feel like it's a bug but I don't know for sure.
