Dude bro you're such an inspiration. I'm so happy for your accomplishments. I think I should take a page out of your book and just start 540ing tomorrow. (Don't worry, I think I have almost more than enough preparation.)

The dreaded jackknife. Still trying to learn it to this day

I'm trying to 540 kick and rn I'm not that close but when you go for the combo with the kicks get ur arms pulled in. It should help with the speed or the kicks and twists with the kicks I think.
@AccomplishAnything7 жыл бұрын
Yeah bring the arms in helps a lot

I recommend that you kick your 540 practice and you will see that it will be much better for you
@danielarguelles26005 жыл бұрын
if you want to take it out 540 I recommend that you take out the movement So that whatever you take it you lose the one that does not kick I washed it as much as possible and you will see that the kick will be much improved And so and this was the way that I can take it out easier

Idk how your cork is really good but then your 540 😂😂😂 I'm in tarkwondo so 540 are easy but cork screws are so difficult 😥 just practice hook kick to practice turning your hips faster, then everything should just come to you when you have your hips down
@AccomplishAnything7 жыл бұрын
Kicks have always been an issue for me even in Muay Thai. My hips are just so tight it never wants to completely open up but I've been doing yoga for a while now which has helped heaps. Will focus on kicks soon :D

Michael Le I do taekwondo too but nobody in my academy can do a 540 kick. I hope to train hard enough to be able to do it \(‘v’)/

Only 540i is fast, raise your leg which is not going to kick and you will see that it will be much higher

-_- whats the point of practicing advance moves when clearly your basic foundation needs alot of focus...I hope you can avoid serious injury
@AccomplishAnything7 жыл бұрын
+Carl Craft what's the point in doing anything if you don't test yourself? Way I see it, injury is inevitable basic or advanced moves so why not push myself?
@carlcraft92377 жыл бұрын
I get what you mean sir, The lesson I learned in this Martial Art Tricking thing, is to not, move to the advance with weak basics. I accept getting hurt but I dont personally accept injury if there is a science to avoid it. It's not joke. I take gradual steps to keep myself SAFE. The "push it" logic throws safe progression and true understanding of the movement out of the equation which leaves you in a state of estimating. Its miscalculation -That's mediocre and superficial growth. It leads to guessing. Its like asking someone to read a book who doesn't understand the alphabet. Basics are the tools that gets the job done correctly. I think most will find a vertext of amazing growth once they understand what they're trying to accomplish verses consistent progressive ignorance, no matter how positive it may be.

I know im replying pretty late, but what are those basics u mean? I think he had a tornado kick, so he could move forward or am I wrong?
