Tennessee TOR drill was not postponed for the events from last year. It got postponed due to flooding. (as far as I know)

Besides, would be antsy climatic if you were just sleeping at night during heavy rain then there comes a point during midnight where all the radios scream at you and then the massive thunderstorm warning/tornado warning that would be anti-climatic
