Been fun playing Torando Shot again. The new patch might've made it the best bow skill yet again, it was pretty mediocre in necropolis league but now it's quite strong because of oath of spring and phys bow buffs. A warden variant is probably also possible, you just lose a lot of qol (no mark transfer, no tailwind, no +2 proj and no free chain). Might mess around with it, but the deadeye setup feels very strong. EDIT: You can also try avatar of the wilds for a cheaper forbidden, not as good because it's more conditional but it's 80% more dmg for 10 seconds. Streaming: www.twitch.tv/fubgun

playing warden with: 1) awakened fork to replace chain ascendancy, 2) influenced boots for elusive/tailwind/onslaught to make up for some of the speed of tailwind ascendancy and more defensiveness 3) endless munition forbidden flesh since you dont need oath of spring is probably still pretty insane, if not just outright better than deadeye. double scorch is ridiculous, and you still get oath of spring. you get basically permanent freeze on everything that's ever even thought about being on your screen for free, and it's not like there's a good 5th flask. easy tincture slot, or if you want that 5th flask slot you just take unbound avatar to legitimately 1shot bosses

You lose wall bounce without chain ascendancy and you're playing on a 5 link (because of chain gem). so -40% dps. Tailwind boots is not comparable (10% instead of 16% action speed/6% from boot implicit). You also lose the mark transfer and 25% dr (another defensive layer). I PoB warden, it's not bad at all but deadeye is overall better, for example you can get more dmg on warden but your clear/speed is going to be worse.

​@@Fubgun yeah you're right about mark swap, that's a big one. wall chain is nice too, but i personally prefer woke fork/chain over vicious proj anyway myself- dont feel like 1 is quite enough for the most extreme density+tanky maps but that's preference. and at least with bozowind on boots you get free elusive which is nice you might be right that deadeye's better, but i think i consider them at least close. to be fair i havent been playing warden myself, was just a thought

For anyone trying this build out very late league like me, i would say the build feels really good around 2.5 mirror investment. It starts feeling faster than the comparative investment of VLS build and visual clutter issue is way better. Im trying to see if i can make it past 20 mil per single shot but it would take at least 2 more mirrors to make it so.

As I remember, Chaining Range feels amazing with TS. Also for Bosses that have walls quite far away from them, Chaining Range helps the projectiles that bounce of wall to actually hit the Boss.

Chain range is one of the stats that you never think about until you first start using it. Then you cannot not think about it.

Is the recombined 1.1k pdps bow worth to bother with? I pobed like 220m dps pob with ~500d of gear overall, but not sure how good it will feel - will it hit freezing thresholds to activate heatshiver and trinity in t17 or not. Is it worth over just regular budget tri ele you’ve showcased at the end?

For those that have a hard time with survivalbility, espeiclay against delirium effects or other stupid mechanics, the buff to wind ward was massive. Based on the economy and the content you are doing you might be better off with forbidden jewels for wind ward over oath. 40% less damage taken is just nuts.

mageblood works with every build but headhunter is prolly better for this build since attack speed modifier and DMG modifier are really good for bows

one dude had ~110mil gold from farming exiles in t16s, he bought belts from Faustus and after ~5hours and ~90mil gold spent he got a mageblood. He hadn't gotten any other rare belts, not even Ryslatha's. Still very nice "science" project hehe.

trying this build rn and for some reason my shocks on mobs are very infrequent. i am running an abyss jewel with added lightning dmg and 99% conversion including the bleed nodes. shock stakes rarely appear when i hit e.g the sanctuary boss and i have no idea why. checked the tree if i am blocking my char from inflicting ailments but i cant find any. very sadge

If you read your actual skills and nodes and not just blind follow a build you’d realize you grabbed a node that scales bow dmg with proj speed…..

Very interesting and a nice build. But im wondering why you sold all your int/str stacking rarity MS build? I mean 400+ rarity + insane gear + probably the same dmg as this build and 20k ES. Isnt that superior? Why playing weaker build? And you have a ton of currency, you could just have both equipped? There is also an int stacking 25k+ ES trickster TS build. What you think about that? You could have just swapped out some peaces of your old int/str Stacker and would be ready to go.

they're 2 different builds. the str/int stacker was for titanic maps, tornado shot is for fast mapping. Nothing really beats a bow build in terms of speed clearing (although penance inquis is extremely fast this league because of ghost wands).

Should i convert to non mirror bow phys bow whilst having 1600 edps bow +15% double damage on it? Pob says 140m dps now, when i switch to cold convert bow phys bow for 90 div and some upgrades like 300 div ish will give me boost to 170m dps?

Bro, the only reason of physical bow it's HH buffs with extra phys or phys added as.. You have a lot more damage with physical bows while mapping with hh

yes, warden is worse. You can get overall higher damage on warden, but you're losing chain, move speed/attack speed and qol (mark transfer/25% dr/wall bounce). It's definitely playable, but overall worse in my opinion.

Cant use heatshiver with LA since you're 50% lightning conversion and you also cant instantly stack oath of spring.

Faff numbers in POB.. It's good damage but not on your level of faff :D 50% shock in a blood moon in June. 80% secondary projectile secondary nadarino.

If you don't know how PoB works you shouldn't judge how others use it. It's 50 stacks of 2% shock for a total of 100% shock and you can clearly see in the video that i reach this number on uber bosses. the secondary projectile hit chance is somewhere around 90-100%, hard to say and heavily depends on the boss size.

It's a good build to play at the end of the league. A "Budget" 200div build with good dps around this time of the league should be easy to establish. Same reason why 1 Div builds can do crazy work when it's later in the league. I'm only saying this in case people want to start the next league off with this build. It'll work, sure, but the investment would be much higher. But if I'm wrong then everyone should go have fun with TS! It definitely seems doable
