I’m in Ontario, Canada, and just in the last 10 years we’ve started getting soooo many tornado warnings like that. I’m fat due to medical issues and being unfortunately bed bound currently. I eat really healthy, right amount of calories, but the stretches and exercises I can do aren’t really helpful to lose weight. So I am fine with my weight. It is what it is. But that video would not bother me. Everyone has their own thing. I watched a bit, wasn’t interested so I watched something else instead. Keep up the good work guys!

when I was fat I knew I knew why I was fat .. it's the carbs and the 10lbs of sugar a day .. now i'm KETO I think I lost about what Adam weighs .. I went from 360 lbs to 198 lbs 45% of my mass gone in 2 years .. thank goodness I'm in Texas and eating BBQ is healthy :)
