Tornado - water spout Barry South Wales UK

On Sunday, onlookers said the sky went dark and the sea level rose as the tornado made its way up the Bristol Channel at around 1310 GMT.
It began as a waterspout, a column of water rising over the sea, before sweeping inland.
It did not cause any damage and died out after 20 minutes.
A forecaster from the Meteorological Office's headquarters said such phenomena were "far from unusual", with between 50 and 100 tornadoes and waterspouts in and around the UK each year.

Very nice! Though it is only a true tornado if it has a rotating updraft within the storm. Waterspouts that reach land can well be destructive.

i remember this!!! i live on Barry Road. had a clear view of it. was bloody shocking. the last thing i expected in little old Barry. was amazing tho. the hail stones....brillaint :)

Google earth, (if you press PrtScn on your keyboard you take a screen dump of whatevers showing on your monitor at that moment, open up paint which you will find in your start menu accessories and then right click and paste i then just adjusted the sizes accordingly.....

I was producing films from my garden about need of being saved by Jesus Gods lawyer for our sins, and how shall we escape if we neglect Jesus by not having any belief or love for him, when another tornado appeared, in the same preaching circumstances, and check out the time of cat/bird video I uploaded, it was just before the lincolnshire earthquake struck. We are all getting entangled with sins and entertainment and are not watching for signs of Jesus return, global warming Luke21v25 etc.
