This Tornado was a EF5 without doubt. Intense ground scourings, collapsing Skyscrapers, easily destroying buildings... reminds me of the Jarrell F5's damage path, minus the Skyscraper part.

My idea for the 3rd one would be that there's a world ending scenario caused by giant death tornadoes that are strong enough to rip up continents basically what would happen is each continent would be ripped to shreds by these death twisters the main plot behind it would be that all the humans are trying to escape on spaceships to colonize another planet before earth is destroyed by these Armageddon twisters
