Very good. Makes great sense. Less hand's oil on caviar and faster execution across the board preferred. Simple execution and approachable products and technique makes this extra fun to watch.

you do realized that this is a video demonstration and chef is talking through the process and thoughts behind the dish right? pretty sure he doesnt take more than 10 minutes to plate a single dish during service

@@richybooo7415 pretty sure? Are you disappointed in my observation? You do realize this is a public forum and part of the value of such is commenting on what is shown, right? Do you consider yourself an authority or do you feel it necessary to protect the guys in the video from comments you disagree with? You do realize that others here may have considerable knowledge, experience and day to day execution even though they don't make time to record for social media, right? You may be assuming too much but certainly not uncommon these days. Are you offended for a person you may have never met? Or are you the shining armor that saves the day for service industry YT video posts as an additional job from being a superstar yourself? Let's do some realizing together. You and I, boo.

Am I the only one who thought it was maybe too many ingredients. including very assertive leaves, sancho leaves are very powerful as well as shiso.
