Toro Recycler needs ATTENTION. Filthy, worn, frayed, neglected

Toro Recycler needed attention, I show this mower some love. Self propelled cable was frayed, belt worn, and needed a desperate Tune-up. I chose to shoot the video then put all together without editing out any footage. First look how I make mistakes also.
One of the worst things we could do is give up.
