Toro Timemaster Axle Spring Pin Falls Out

So why in the hell would Toro do this???? None of the other springs have a pin system. Thanks for the timemaster videos of late, they would of been so helpful for the last 12 years. Unfortunately nobody had a video on this when I had this happen so I took the whole flap with springs and the cover off to put that stupid pin back....
