Toroama Ready to Work Towards Independence for Bougainville

Ishmael Toroama has been elected the 4th President for the Autonomous Region of Bougainville.
His win follows a wave of the newly elected members for constituents in South, Central, and North Bougainville.
His inaugural speech reminding the PNG Government of the Referendum results and the people's desire for independence.
