Such an amazing moment. Cujo will always be my fav Leaf player. What impressed me most about Cujo? He came to our office once, after he retired, to bring some memorabilia for a fund raiser. His sons were with him. Boys were about 10-12 at the time. I was so impressed with Cujo's demeanour, but his kids were remarkably mature and well behaved. You could see the respect they had for their Dad and what he was doing. No jumping up and down, looking for attention, interrupting Dad. They were perfect gentleman. Just like their father.

That's awesome. Cujo came into the grocery store I was working at as a summer job when I was in college 20 odd years ago. I'll never forget the look on his face as he asked me where to find the peanut butter. I helped him out and he went on his way. We were told he came in to the store from time to time usually at night which was the shift I worked, to avoid being mobbed by fans and autograph seekers. I think he expected me to recognize him and ask for an autograph lol. Great memory that I'll never forget.

This is the guy who got me watching hockey from a very young age never thought I would have so much love and respect for a person I don’t even know. It was who he was and how he played that pulled you in. You might not have been a fan of the Leafs but no matter what you were a fan of Cujo.
