Actually the first thing that catches my eye in a negative way is the small car garage. Why can’t a house with 4 bedrooms assumably with 4 people have multiple garages. Why do I have to park outside. Don’t i matter 😂

Garages are often overlooked but play a key role in a home’s functionality. I’m a big fan of double-car garages too, but on this street, the smaller lot size made it a bit of a challenge to include one.

It’s all about lot size when your building in Toronto your very limited. But this building could have increased the ceiling height on the main level and that would have allowed you to put a car lift in the garage and that would allow you to park 2 cars in the garage. But since I don’t have any details about the property who knows maybe there’s enough ceiling height in the garage already for a car lift.

@@jeffwindrim975 You're absolutely right-lot size in Toronto often dictates the design limitations, but ceiling height is a game-changer when it comes to maximizing utility. Adding a car lift is such a smart idea, especially for properties with limited parking. Great observation.
