Those blocks with interesting shops were more entertaining than "downtown" was. Downtown was "typical corporate". The theater and little shops were legacy that I appreciated the most. Keep paying close attention to them. They are little "oases" from the redevelopment mentality.

In North Bay, when Ken returned there, it had "Fat Bastard Burritos". Wonder if that is small town or has cafes in big cities.
