Glad to see the market and the small gift shops on Spadina still there. On my first visit to Toronto, this is where I bought gifts for friends & family. Hope to be back there again soon.

Thank you for this interesting video! It’s so nice to be able to see Toronto through your eyes when we can’t be there!

80 Spadina was a place with many art galleries . I m not sure if thats still true. In the 80s I saw a show there at the International Ceramics Symposium

Spadina with buses...yeah I remember those days. I was a student of Lord Lansdown that's in the Spadina Cresent and I think tracks were going in around the time I was in grade 6 or 7. But before that, all bused with 3 lanes of traffic up and down still with enough space for parking and bikes. Michelin has very very strick criteria to catch their attention. It's not always about how expensive or pretentious a restauraunt is but how innovative this is. We have great restauraunt but we aren't on the cutting edge or influential. That school you mentioned is I think Ogden, I went there for a year before going to Lord Lansdown. I sort of miss walking around downtown Chinatown, or what Chinatown use to be because so much has changed.

Nice walk along Spadina, and from the lake too! There's a bit of a cliffhanger at the end -- what did you end up having for lunch?

you say Spadina. I say Spadeena. used to be a grand street south of College with a grass boulevard in the middle. I went to the old Lansdowne PS.
