These T1's are gonna retire when the TR's start operating Line 2 Bloor Danforth and I also heard thee Line 3 RT is shutting down next year.

That's true but the TTC is getting new trains to replace the T1's when the Line 2 extension opens, we already have enough TR's for Lines 1 and 4
