Well I'm an animal lover and I rescue dogs.i had a neighbour who left his dog out in the winter day and night and beat it.I phoned the humane society and the local shelter no reply finally I phoned the police and they did something. I think a grade 1 person would be educated to know what's right

Open your eyes people why we should pay $60 per year for dog and $30 per year for cat to Toronto Humane Society ? What for ? When our pets get sick and we are paying thousands of dollars to the vets where are Humane Society to help us ? We must not pay anything to them this is a Communist law! I the Communist counties they used to have such law for dogs and cats !
