Torpedo VS Javelin May 2023 | Roblox Jailbreak

This video as of October 2023 is now *outdated* in Jailbreak’s fall update. One of the changes made in that update is the removal of the option to equip spoiler-boost since before it was buggy and even had broken on some cars several months ago. It is now forced on majority of Jailbreak cars with the exception of newer cars like for example the Aperture. These 2 cars featured in this video did not have spoiler-boost working at the time, so they were not able to preform in their full potential. I have both and have tried them side by side, the javelin was way nicer to drive aswell (better handling, launch and acceleration) , the jevelin is 100% better than torpedo, all the poeple saying torpedo is better because of top speed are wrong because if they are talking about top speed then the brulee should be the best car, with their logic. People just say torp is better because of its value in trading and they don't the torp to lose value.

It drives better. It has better balance. It doesn’t glitch as much. Also javelin is best to get from point a to point b 99% of the time in map bc it has faster acceleration from 0-250. You’ll rarely get 300+ when doing normal robberies in jailbreak.

to be honest, I like the javelin more than the torpedo because the javelin just looks a lot cooler and it has pretty much the same top speed as the torpedo even though the torpedo is worth more, I still think the javelin is better in my opinion

I agree, I think the torpedo might have a higher top speed but you’ll never reach it, javelin has slightly better acceleration, better handling and a much better design but torpedo is an og so everyone will defend it

i think they have same speed but the torpedo has quickly acceleration after 200 mph than javelin javelin has better acceleration less than 200 mph than torpedo

@@redyoshi6010 jav and torp are too slow and brulee's handling and speed is crazy the torpedo will not be catching me when i was able to reach 380 mph in my brulee

@@Squidgyy_ Javelin & Torpedo are not slow at all. Having a top speed of almost 400mph is something you don't call slow. Also Brulee's handling is awful so I don't know what you're talking about. Top speed doesn't matter anyways and I bet you only reached to top speed when doing a speed test which is impractical for normal gameplay.

@@redyoshi6010 brulee easily has the better handling especially when I can make the toughest and toughest of turns going 300 mph torpedo struggles to make those turns without flying off the road while going way less then that. And yes that 380 mph was done with my speed test path on the map I was still able to easily manage going 330+ by just driving normally. Fastest I’ve ever gone in my torpedo was 333 on my speed test map and even that took my a couple of tries because it’s handling and grip is much worse and it just isn’t a fun car to drive like the brulee or even the beignet

@@Squidgyy_ Honestly nice lies. I would believe you except I've seen handling tests and I have owned Brulee before and I can confirm Brulee's handling is absolutely TRASH at more than 300mph+. Brulee also has worse acceleration like I said and if it hits even the slightest crack it will go flying.

Finally an accurate speed test THAT shows Javelin is better than torpedo. Javelin accelerates to 265 mph quicker than torpedo in this test. THROUGHOUT the entire test, these are the speeds reached: Torpedo: 333 mph Javelin: 331 mph Torpedo is 2 mph faster in this test but javelin finished slightly quicker here. That distance is so long I don’t think you will ever drive that long. Javelin is just insane…
