Thanks for sharing! The clicking noise is normal when turning. The noise can be suppressed by using a 85-140w gear oil in the Differential. The pop noise is random, and could be caused by multiple factors... Tire pressure difference from left to right, or in some cases a worn out / high mileage differential may have a worn crosspin or crosspin hole in the carrier. Also a worn CV with excessive play can cause the locker to pop. Not to say that a random pop is impossible, but these items are known to cause it more often.
