Looking forward to the 2020 drift season, I knew I was going to have to step my game up when it comes to how much power my car makes. Oh man great video! Was so interested to see their kit and is looks very good quality. This video has me kinda decided I'm going to do less bolt on stuff on my Tahoe and start gathering more money to get this kit!! There will be a Black Bear Perfomance tune hopefully in the next few months with lifetime vehicle tuning. After that I will just focus on making the Chevy Tahoe 2001 ready for big power!! Even more excited about this kit now then I already was!

Nice write up..Maybe i missed it .. i am wanting something that makes at least 25Lbs boost...will a pulley change get you there in a 400ci motor?

Hey Brian, sorry for the delayed response! I’m actually running torqstorm’s smallest pulley at 3.10”. At the moment These chargers are not built to run boost numbers quite as high as 25lbs. Mine peaks at 10psi with the current setup. They may come out with some higher boost stuff in the future, although I have seen people making 800-1,000+ HP with twin torqstorm units.

I have a supercharger off Off of my V 10 try tent motor that is in my F2 50 gas motor any idea where I could take it to get rebuilt bearings and shaft came apart and it disintegrated I’m in the Chicagoland area

My intercooler was under $200 and the aluminum piping was under $100. Other than that everything is included!

I think it would be great on a stock 5.3. These things are notorious for holding boost, and my entire bottom end is stock. You will definitely be leaving some power on the table with the stock intake, throttle body and fuel system but I don’t see why it wouldn’t wake it up a bit. 👍🏼

I bought the base tuner kit with the ATI damper. I am not 100% sure what the plus kits come with, but the TorqStorm team will walk you through every single thing you need for your setup if you decide to buy one. You can always email [e-mail] with any specific questions, they're super helpful.

That will vary slightly depending upon your setup and largely depending upon your pulley size. I run the 3.10” pulley and mine peaks at 10psi.

I would highly recommend sending an email to [e-mail] when you’re ready to purchase a setup. Chris and the team are extremely knowledgeable and will walk you through every aspect of your build. I’m not personally aware of different pulley sizes but I’m sure it’s not outside their abilities to make one! Not a problem 👍🏼

The intercooler does not come with the kit, I ended up using one from Mishimoto. Check out my installation video for shots of the whole setup!

That guy who bailed was powerdyne which if u ever come across one run they suck. I wasted a grand upgrading everything on one and it was still garbage they are belt driven and can't soon past like 36000 rpms

Very bad customer service from TorqStorm. They keep telling me I can’t install this on my LS1 until I get everything I need from a dealer who’s not answering emails. But this guy here is installing it on his LSQ and from what I can see, he didn’t get it from a dealer. Looks like he got it from TorqStorm directly. My car if Trans Am.
