Jeez, highly contemplating this as I need some XP time while the MSFS24’ transition smooths over however the textures of the cockpit are extremely outdated (XP10 levels of quality).

Just looked at photo’s on their website. They lack any sort of depth of field, cockpit which is ‘relatively’ flat irl (been in a similar aircraft with a similar panel layout) the modelling makes it feel really 2d.

I think it looks pretty okay as far as Xp12 lighting goes right now. I sure wish they'd overhaul the engine some more. I know a lighting rework is coming, which should also get rid of the dark cockpits in general

Would love to buy but after updating to latest beta 12.1.3 my XP12 crashes every time on starting flight geez …. 😢

@ will do some more digging removed some plugins and mostly works now. Just changed to much better AMD gfx card where I used get 45-50 fps before I now barely get 30. Seems be some issue XP doesn’t like AMD without regression of your drivers by years. Fsimmers really make you work for it at times 😭

@@gwalker3092 Zink is enabled? Also especially when changing GPU maker please use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to ensure a clean system. One thing some/many users neglect is to at least periodically update chipset drivers. Blue skies.

For $85, does this model have a fully customized FMC compatible with Navigraph with updated data?

Hey, it comes with the UNS-1 FMS, which is fully capable and one of the best navigational FMS available in XP. It uses default XP navdata, so that means Navigraph.

@pilotdeviation Hi, thank you for your reply and for the cool video! I got burned before by developers selling products at overly inflated costs and with that ridiculous Laminar FMC and claiming their models were high fidelity. AirfoilLabs is one of them... the carenado of xplane.

Hi, how did you get the TDS GTNxi into the aircraft? TDS has not released the XP version yet and with the RXP GTN I am tired of the old database which is not updateable via Navigraph

No, it will be sold separately, but if you're familiar with Flight1 or RXP, the GTN from TDS will work in a lot of aircraft. This is just the first addon with official compatibility.

It is a pity that they work such a detailed and well simulated aircraft and do not put a maintenance module, I do not think we will see it in the future as in their fantastic da40 that does not have it either, this is what makes me not to buy this addon.

Cannot speak for the developer of course, but they did mention during the stream that they have plans for at least pilot-maintenance related tasks. But, definitely only buy what you get, not what is promised 👍

If they plan to charge $85 for Xplane 10 graphics and textures in a relatively simple plane they are absolutely crazy. Good luck with that!

Take a look at the screenshots on their product page as well, 1080p KZbin doesn't really do it justice with the low bitrate. I also did not use the 8k textures, which I think will be included with the release, or at least made available (I tried them with earlier versions during development)
