Torrent de Pareis - Mallorca - Majorca - 7th July 2024

The Torrente de Pareis is a very special place in Mallorca, used as the backdrop in many films including the Tom Hanks scifi epic "Cloud Atlas"
The journey Is one of the most spectacular anywhere in the world (see separate video) on, what has been referred to as, "the most dangerous road" anywhere.
The small port of Sa Calobra has a few shops and restaurants then you take the path to the torrente, which takes you through the recently refurbished tunnels.
A pebbly beach greets you as you exit the final tunnel where you can make yourself comfortable before the concert begins.

Absolutely gorgeous place been there many times my wife's favourite place to visit, the drive down there is brilliant but scary as long as you don't meat a bus going the other way lol.

We have done the boat trip a few tomes to Sa Colobra from Port de Soller & it has been a bit choppy. You chose a lovely shaded spot on the beach.
