TORRES STRAIT Fishing and camping on Prince of Wales Island

Torres Strait Fishing and camping on Prince of Wales Island was a disaster. Bad weather, rough seas and big fish busting us up on the reefs made the trip extremely hard. We manged to make the most of it and found an amazing place to camp and fish. If only the weather was a lot better.

I lived on pow secret womans business beach in 1999 2001 and 2002 as a young kid. Mate its unreal!

Research is everything. Port Lihou or Longbeach would make more sense as fresh water could be gotten from locals who live there. I've stayed at both places several times in order to shoot deer and catch crabs.

I agree. We were also very exposed to the weather however, we had to get TO permission and we did, but that was where we were told we could camp.
