All you had to do after the organization members were released was have xehanort manually turn them into his seekers against their will. No time shinanegins. Let the past be his blueprint on how he progressed further. The other stuff just makes it try to fit in khux. When all that was needed was all of us khux players guarding kh.

Yeah, apparently disney didn't want them to deviate at all with Frozen. That's why the whole world just sorta feels like the movie on fast-forward, as Tirrian put it, with Sora sometimes just sorta waving in the background.

@@LazzyVamples I personally subscribe to the Game Theory behind it. That it was more than likely originally based on the original choices for Frozen before they made Elsa into a protagonist. But then the film made drastic changes and released so Nomura and the KH3 team had to make adjustments to fit the final version of Frozen while also dealing with executive meddling from Disney because Frozen is their crown jewel.

The Frozen world is blatantly just an ad. They play the entirety of "Let it Go" which has the occasional shot of Sora and co in the background. Then they even do some of "Do you wanna build a Snowman" but have Anna talking over it.

you know, it's so funny. I love Kingdom Hearts and I actually really liked Kingdom Hearts 3, but I never disagree with any of the criticisms towards it. Torrian is not wrong about any of this and in Dunkey's video where he slammed the game, I also found myself agreeing with all of it. And yet, I still love them. I think it's Stockholm Syndrome.

Nah, I think it's because a lot of us fans are already familiar with the writing in KH. Honestly, there are some improvements that many have praised the game for. So yeah there are negatives but there are also positives that balance it out. I mean, if it was the absolute worst game in the series, it'd be on the same level as ReCoded.

Probably doesn't help that Nomura admitted choosing Frozen from a Disney pitch (interview mentioned in a Game Theory episode dating back at latest before E3 2013) before the film was even released to theaters.

@@Aplesedjr Because unlike the other worlds that Disney stuck a finger or two in, with Frozen they decided to stick a whole hand. Toy Story and Monsters Inc had Disney & Pixar sticking fingers in and yet those two are arguably two of the best both story and, to an extent, gameplay wise for KH 3. I shudder to think if Lion King had been in the first KH and Disney was as guarded there as it was here.

MatPat had a good video when it comes to the Frozen world and why it is what it is, as he thinks that Elsa was meant to be a boss fight, being corrupted and changing into something, but Disney did not like it and had to be changed, and it does make a lot of sense, thats why the Frozen world is a disappointment to a lot of people

I played all the games and I still have no idea what the story was about. Sora is also Roxas and Ventus, who is also Vanitas. Kairi is also Namine and also Xion. The villain is Ansem, but there are two Ansems, but also is Xehanort, but is also Xemnas, but also is Terra. He creates Organization XIII, which is different from the Real Organization XIII, but also goes back in time to recruit his younger self. Honestly, I'm not even sure what his overall goal was or how Disney characters fit into the story.
