I left Torrington after high school and haven’t been back. That was 32 years ago. Looks different. It makes me smile to see The Mint, The Bronco, Vandel Drug’s, and all those churches still going. Thanks for the nostalgic memories.

I lived there for 6 months while working for the railroad; I loved that town.

I lived there and there is alot more than just that main highway. The college, the DMV, the main street stores, This n That n Thensome... etc.

Nice drive and perfect music too. I lived in Torrington, Connecticut for many years and was wondering what Torrington, Wyoming was like in comparison. VERY different. Much flatter, and much longer straightaways, a lot less trees and vegetation, and the sky looks massive! Looks like a nice place to visit if I ever get the opportunity.

My grandparents has the lumber yard on the left side of the road when you cross the railroad tracks. Looks like the building is empty now. R&M lumber

Torrington was my birthplace and it was anice place to grow.up, but not so much now. Most young people leave after school nothing to do.

I love Torrington. Been there a few times looking for farm ranch property Found the perfect place but my wife got cold feet about moving from Indiana, now she says why didn't make her move. Deacons restaurant has the best beef liver and onions bar none
