Torrisi: The Most Sought-After New York-Style Italian Restaurant in NYC 🍝✨

Torrisi, which opened last year, remains one of the hottest restaurants in New York. It’s tough to get a reservation, but I finally succeeded and got to visit!
First off, Torrisi is a New York-style Italian restaurant opened by the culinary powerhouse Major Food Group.
Major Food Group, consisting of Rich Torrisi, Mario Carbone, and Jeff Zalaznick, is renowned for opening dozens of high-end restaurants worldwide. They are known for their expertise, reputation, and substantial capital.
One of their trademarks is opening restaurants named after themselves. Leveraging MFG’s resources, they provide extensive training, procure top-tier ingredients, and establish their restaurants in iconic landmark locations.
Torrisi is located in the landmark Puck Building in Soho, New York, where you can enjoy delightful dishes in a luxurious and vibrant setting.
The head chef is Charlie England, who previously served as head chef at Carbone, another MFG restaurant.
🐝 Pro Tips
They offer complimentary sorbet and cookies, so if you're full, you might skip ordering dessert!
There is a dress code! While it’s not overly strict, note that sportswear is not allowed.
