These Castillos de España are such beauties. Well played Kermyt, all the voices in the piece sound just great! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Thanks, Juan! I'm looking forward to learning more of them. Many are probably out of my reach (I understand even Segovia couldn't play them), but I think I can learn five or six of them.

Squeeks suck
@kermyta6 ай бұрын
Indeed they do! They make "squeakless" strings, but I've heard mixed reviews of them (which many complaining they sound flat). I also know some people who enjoy at least a little squeaking, as it proves that an actual human played the piece, that it wasn't heavily edited, etc.

@@kermyta I'm always catching hell from my wife for all the Squeeking coming out of my racket box. I've heard I may be able to decrease those squeeks with the right stings. interesting to know that there may be a compromise with their sound. I always admire videos of people playing challenging pieces with little or no squeeks. I wonder, sometimes, whether the squeeks are edited out through software.
