I would love to learn numbers. I am getting better at lettering but I can't find a good way to do numbers. Like I made my friend a book for her birthday and just had to write her birthday numbers with a normal pen because I couldn't figure it out. Are calligraphy numbers even a thing?

I love how you really go into the general of it theory as well with brush strokes. The up/down strokes are like 80% of the way already. Obviously there's a lot more to learn, but for a beginner who is rushing to learn calligraphy after procrastinating writing my mother a card, this is very helpful!

Thanks Yvette! The pens I use are linked in the description box they are called tombow fudonesuke brush pens - they are awesome! As for paper, you can get proper writing paper pads from lots of brands but I've used Rhodia, Studio Series and the paper mill. They all work good. You just want to find something very smooth (not much tooth/texture to the paper) hope this helps, have fun! x
