There is a much better and easier way than risking the extra soft low carb tortillas ripping and dumping pizza all over the oven. Very large parchment covered sheet pan. (Or pizza pan) Place tortillas. Use a fork to poke holes, docking. Brush both sides with olive oil or avocado oil. Crisp in 400 oven for about 4 -5 minutes. Add sauce, Parmesan, mozzarella, toppings. Return to oven 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Fold in half for perfect carry pizza.

I have done mine on a skillet for about a decade and usually fold them in half when they are done and eat them like a quesadilla..
