Very nice, as it turns out, I’m a dummy, I didn’t know turtles hibernate. This will be useful when I get my little girl a turtle one of these days, thank you for the continued education, well done Mrs Lorna!

Hi Ethan, the European tortoises that we have will need hibernation but there are many other species that do not so if you do purchase one where you are hibernation may not be an issue. However just check with the breeder, they will have a ton of knowledge to pass on. Simon

Morning. Just a quick comment before we go xmas shopping. Good vid about your meat pies on legs👍🤣. Our two (reg and ronnie.) have been asleep since early november. We dont put any newspaper in with ours as they cant read! No honestly that vid will help anyone whoes not to sure.Take care. Happy xmas Steve.ps reg n ronnie are in a tortoise table compartement, and if im in garage sometimes you can hear a bit of movement now and again, but that is ok and happens. 👍

Hi Steve thanks for getting in touch. Lorna's are currently slumming it in the garage tool rack. Maybe I need to get one of those fancy table compartments. I don't hear anything from them when we are in there but I have notices that the weather is due to warm up by the weekend a little. Simon
