I think it's good for putting several tortoise hatchlings or up to a year for one tortoise species like a Hermann's or Greek. Any longer than a year for a Sulcata, Leopard, or the like as they'll easily outgrow it.

I have a sulcata and it's a year and a few months, hes not even the size of my fist yet, he's about there tho but i would say this is fine for a another year or two depending on any growth spurts

You can get it straight from zoomed or other places for cheaper, 30$ more on tortoise town. Also "no power tools" means having to put screws into a inch of wood yourself. Would recommend using the 30 $ you save on a cheap power tool. Then you'll have a power tool as well as having the confidence to build your next enclosure ( its a little small ) from having put this thing together.. No regrets with this product I just wish I would of had the confidence beforehand to make it myself.. Didn't like seeing the exact same product for cheaper elsewhere..

Quick question. I purchased the same two domed light to put on top of my zoomed tortoise house, but noticed on the box it says NOT to use with ceramic heaters, even though the ceramic heater I have falls within the wattage recommended. What is your recommendation? The leopard tortoise I purchased from you is doing great.

hello I am a Chinese tortoise keeper, may I ask how to deal with the waterproof of this kind of cage? And in the winter, is it too cold? The temperature here is about 0-10 degrees Celsius in winter. Can I add extra heating lamps in the shelter?

My 2 bedrooms are 10x0, would this fit in the bedroom? I'm pretty sure it can fit in the living room. I've been wanting a tortoise for a long time. :)

So first of all, a 10x0 room is a 1 dimensional line which is impossible to be a room. this thing is a 4x2 so it would fit in the room. 2 together would be a 8x4

I have a gargoyle gecko right now and am looking to kind of go down on maintenance levels because the gargoyle gecko is similar to a crested gecko and needs misted once a day, held, cleaned once a month, food changed every 2 days and must have specific day time cycle so yeah I believe the tortoise must be easier
