I'm not used to having this much money so I don't normally go for the next upgrade. But I should.

You have to rotate your squad during the fights so they don’t die then you can level them up after each battle

I want to say 120 florins for a meatshield is a bit much, but it worked out in the end. I don't think rotating would have saved them anyway. Might have made them last longer but they were never going to go through both fights. Just embrace your character's true nature and buy yourself more shields. Cheap ones if possible. Also I doze off near the end so if you actually bought some poison I will be totally unaware of it.

I doubt it's effective to continue buying them, since they don't scale with the enemies. If they end up surviving just 2-3 rounds, maybe it's better to just spend that money on the bathhouse and equipment.

Kills the big bad by hacking only at the limbs--oh, I have way too much stuff on my limbs! ;-p Though to be fair, they don't manage their fatigue and so will never hack at you enough, so I guess it's OK. I think you SHOULD play as if it were you fighting YOU, and your choices would change a lot.

Zwiehander is pronounced Zvyhander. In German, the W is a V sound. Zwie is the number 2, so it is literally "Two Hander".

no wonder you lose all your bros, you never rotate them during combat at least when they're in danger of dying, if you want to optimise bro attacks then you rotate them before they have to recover stamina

I am confused, I bought the game through gog and I don't have half the features you use in the game. Is it on a older build or something?

Hmm, was it the same title, "Reforged"? There are previous "Heads Will Roll" games. Or maybe the GOG version didn't get patches I don't know -- check the discord for this, the dev is very responsive there.

@@TortugaPower I ended up messaging one of the dev's on steam because GOG currently only has access to version 1.09fl and steam is on 1.5i. He said he would talk to the publisher about getting it fixed.

"Theirs a better version of the canteen, Water Bottle...?" I was going to say Waterskin but hay the guys you where fighting Had one so their is it is. Id say the best thing you can do for your Crappy party members is just Support them by Braking shields or trying to cause injuries to the enemy. After all you have a Halberd so its not like the enemy can Touch you very easily if they don't have a Grate Sword or a Poolarm of their own. But yeah.... Its kinda pathetic how BAD the people you can hire ARE, you character is BASTERD but god damit he knows how to handle himself in a fight. It really is looking like a waste of Money besides them being a "distraction" so you can recover more based on YOUR playstyle. Still, Im not expecting a "peasent" to do every well vs much. Men At Arms, Knights or Crossbowmen on the other hand I expect to pull their weight somewhat. Pegan and Occult amulets? I swear if we start fighting demons and cultists i call HERASY!

I'd definitely like to see your random peasant wear some better armor. Also, man, the dialogue with the female characters is pretty lame ngl, but amusing enough, I guess.
