Ran my first 'Official' Marathon a couple of weeks (6th October) ago at KL Standard Chartered. It's pretty daunting, tortures, exhausting. Felt really tired after the run, that I decided to signed up for another Marathon at Twincity Marathon this 12th January.. 😂😂😂

Running 10km above takes at least 1 year above or more just to be comfortable. My advise is take your time, trust the process. Dont rush it otherwise injury

Relax your body they you run to reduce restriction for blood flow. Use gravity ie lean forward you and lift legs instead of pushing you forward, hand position about waist , reduce wobble...good luck. I have post a coach Pat marathon video which I recorded during my running days.

Hey man, learn how to take energy gel every 30mins or 7k for your long run. You need it for your Full Marathon. Trust me. Will help boost your energy.

Thankfully, I prefer car racing instead of running! I'd rather complete an 8-hour race in a car instead of a 40km marathon on feet but still, good luck with the marathon!
