The Giant looked over the men in awe, For never before had such slightness he saw. Yet man did not come to stay, they turned and ran far away. Till one man dared come back one day, to look upon where Giants lay. He shuddered and shrieked at the sight beyond his feet, And swore these monsters he would one day slay.

This is a little derivative of Wardruna. I like it but there is too much reliance on electronic instruments and an excessive amount of reverb and if you think listening to this will connect you to some mystical Golden Age before the coming of Christ...both this music and the device you are listening to it with are the products of 21st century technology that would not exist were it not for the widespread literacy and dissemination of knowledge brought about by the Renaissance, the Protestant Reformation and the Industrial Age. If you really want to get in touch with Nature turn off your devices and go out into the wild places of the world alone like I do. In fact if I did not have an infected cut on my leg right now I would have gone out into the bush today.

@@otaishida As I pointed out there was no Golden Age, and speaking as someone who actually knows their family history if you were indeed to ride into battle with your pagan warrior sisters you would probably not do so well if you sailed to France because the kings of France paid my ancestors well to fight against other Norsemen, and we built some of our finest churches on pagan burial grounds!
