Best smite accounts are low level range accounts with dbow. Your fighting alot of people with 31 pray who risk Stat Warhammer you can almost smite them from full prayer. D knives/darkbow/52 prayer/corruption

Yeah I've been saying it since the buff patch notes dropped, this thing + corruption is the best smite potential for that bracket, and it's not even that hard to combo with. Though there are times where you just need to constantly sip with every attack, especially vs knives I feel. The only thing that might theoretically exceed it is corruption into spellbook swap sara strike but that's way less kill potential and more setup. You do get TB tho.
