Honestly I had the medium Lou lou and I returned it for this one! The tory Burch is so much softer and the structure does not live up to the ysl name. LOVE YSL but with this specific bag you made the right choice !

Wow, is it really? I’m noticing these contemporary brands are starting to have price increases on popular bags in the same way the luxury houses are, which is a shame. What happened to affordability? This bag held up very well. I sold it last year. A few of my subscribers told me the new bags have a different leather which minimizes the scratches. That was probably my main concern. It was a very delicate, albeit beautiful lamb skin leather.

@@TiffanieDanee yeah, it is really! And I honestly, now those luxury houses have increased too. Chanel 30%, Neverfulls ate $2k+ now, I guess Tory is trying to up it. But that's good to know. I think I'm still going to buy because it's what I want, and a resale at like 400 could be okay lol. I've been looking for lower or discounted prices everywhere tho lol and no luck

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this bag including the wear and tear. I normally gravitate towards structured and more durable leather bags, but lately been trying to get into the other side of the spectrum. 😄 The Kira is sooo pretty to look at. However, the corner wear on the leather scares me a bit, especially after knowing how many times the bag is actually being used. But it's pretty!

I saw this bag in Black with gold hardware for 30% off at Bloomingdales back in November so the black does go on sale. My reason for getting this bag was the same as yours. I didn’t want to spend that much on the YSL bag, but after I tried on the Kira from TB I realized I do want the YSL because this bag doesn’t replace it for me. But great video, I love that color! I’d consider getting one in the color. 🤎

It’s not too bad. Although, I don’t wear it year round. My main complaint is the lack of structure (in comparison to the YSL version) and the color is a difficult neutral ( which obviously isn’t a design flaw just a personal preference)

Yeah, it’s definitely not the color I thought it’d be. It was much darker than the website pictured. I actually don’t think they sell this color anymore. I bought this around March last year so I wasn’t able to go in person to view. I still recommend the bag though but it has been a challenge to match my wardrobe even though it’s a neutral.

Yes, it is a beautiful color. The way you can match it with our outfits is to get the same color belt from Tory Burch. I have the same bag in gray and the same issue. The color is very unique and hard to match.
