動画の中で、「闘犬をやらせていないから太っている」とメスの土佐犬に対しても言っていますが、メスの土佐犬は日本でも闘犬には参加しませんので、メスは同じはずなんですが、闘犬は、太ると動きが悪くなりますから、フードの量が多くありません。
ですから日本の土佐犬は、オスに合わせてメスのフードの量も多くありませんので、この動画のメスと比べると痩せています。日本の土佐闘犬のオスは闘犬をやりますので、フードの量がショードッグに比べて少ないのと、さらに闘犬をやることで痩せています。しかし、だからといって、日本の土佐犬も、決して、健康を害するようにフードの量が少ないわけではありませんので、その点は誤解されないようにお願いします。
また日本のオスの土佐犬でも、ガードドッグとして飼う場合は、体重が重いほうが迫力がありますから、意図的に体重を重くする場合もあります。
この動画を撮影したときは、とても急いで撮影しなければならなかったことと、土佐犬を見ると、すぐに日本の闘犬会場の土佐犬たちを思い浮かべてしまいますので、その犬たちの体と瞬時に比べてしまいました。失礼しました。

Very nice dogs Joel... I like how the European and American “Tosa inu” looks like because their size even though is same height as the Japanese Tosa these foreigners are way more heavy. Because their diet is completely different. Also in all those countries fighting dogs is against the law so that’s also why the dogs stay in better condition I would like to think. But is pretty cool how you keep traveling following and in search of the best Tosas 👏👏👏👍🙏 also I wonder what happened to the tosa from your friend in Mie Ken... the one you showed in other video?.

In Japan most Tosas are fighting dogs and crossed with pitbulls, that's why they are smaller. In the rest of the world they are mainly show dogs, guard dogs and pets

Would never buy dogs from Romania. Too many breeders and mass production. Many pedigree dogs for lots of money to Germany or other EU countries sell...
