@@Alpenmagier hunter is boring in pve compared to what? We at least have a 3 button rotation with an open slot to add whatever you want (any sting, grenade, potion, melee, etc). Compare that with a mage or warlock. We have pets to control, a threat drop for when we burst, and plenty of utility to use. Were usually used for pulling, tranq shots, traps, aoe, etc... Hunter is one of the LEAST boring classes in pve

Definitely, since technically you'll still be using full T1 until you can get full T2 since the T1 set bonus outweighs the minor stat increases across T2.

Absolutely, FD/eat/meld as you can see I do a few times in the video, also stealthing with your pet when you see a huge group of enemies running around can help prevent getting ganked. It's also good for preventing rogue openers since they have to get close to you to detect you, and with track hidden you'll typically see them first and pull them out :)

It breaks CC like scatter/trap/iron grenade. It's safer to keep it on passive and command it when you want to attack :)

Idk what the absoulte best is, I like 0/31/20 or 0/24/27. I can delete locks pretty often. In a duel setting against a good lock it'd be super hard but in general randomly fighting locks, I'm geared enough that I don't mind fighting them.

yaHT is the swing timer and Quartz 3 is the aimed shot timer (although it's a bit glitchy and will cancel the bar if you press other keys while casting, not a fan of that).

Good eye! It is Itemrack that does it. You can open the "queue" tab and pick a slot, then set whichever item you want to "default" in that slot when active slot goes on CD :D Auto swap with Feign, it's super nice!

@@subterragaming836 In the vid I was using a weird spec for pvp/pve, not optimal for pvp. Entrapment is worth putting 3-4 points in. Currently I can only justify 3 points into it, wish I could put more cause spam entrapment is OP. Class color name plates? It's called Threat Plates but I disabled the "threat" color change cause it was annoying . Slightly a pain to go through all the options to get it how I want but they're nice ;P

Naw unfortunately BM is pretty mediocre in raids and losing Trueshot for your group is pretty big. Don't get me wrong, a competent guild could clear MC in 1.5 hours with a bunch of bad specs but most ppl won't accept that ;P

@@js11t Slower is generally better, especially since the cast time of multishot/aimed shot are fixed, so slower weapons just means more damage for the same attack rate with those attacks. Not that we currently have many options though. Carapace Spine Crossbow or the Xbow from AV quest is good preraid BiS, then go for Rhok'Delar. The Xbow from Chromagus is next thing you'll want when BWL is out :P

Yeah, I didn't play Hunter in vanilla. Started with rogue, had mage/pally alts in vanilla as well. Rogue/Mage in TBC onward (dabbled a tiny bit with my brothers hunter/lock in tbc/wotlk). Started maining hunter in Cata though.

It can go either way, but I feel hunter has the advantage for sure. I think if the rogues play it right and time their blind (don't panic) at the right time they can get you in a second stunlock after trinket and kill you. It's possible for them to 100-0 you in the opener with thistle tea (maybe even without depending on your gear/hp) but with trinket you can usually scatter/trap them and get distance and destroy them. Lots of variables though so it can go either way.

That editing with the music was so fitting, very well done mate. The only thing I see that could be better gameplay wise is abusing more Shadowmeld with Feign Death to confuse opponents & more environment control with camera (chain lightning at 10:07 could have been avoided with FD). Overall very good movie and solid plays man, good job!

Appreciate it! As far as shadowmeld goes, I think you might just not be noticing it but I use shadowmeld all the time with feign death out of habit, dots often tick me out of it but I'm ALWAYS using shadowmeld + eat/drink unless I'm going to instantly start shooting again. As for the chain lightning, I would have had to cancel my Aimed Shot to Feign that chain lightning in time which means I wouldn't have 1 shot the mage. Chain lightning hit like 0.2 seconds after the Aimed shot and with latency it would have hit me regardless :P
