I have a question: there is a login page with a username and password, click enter to log in to the application. I have 1000 different user names and passwords, how can I validate all user names and passwords?

Although it is not the optimum way of designing your test cases but you can either use Test Case Design or Test Data Services to test all the logins. Ideally you should be only testing the Boundary Values and Partitions as it is practically not feasible to test these.
